About me

Dear friends of Bali, my name is Ketut Suputra. I come from a small village in the interior of Bali. My wife and my two daughters live with my sister and my aunt in the village, in a small house that has belonged to our family for generations.

To be able to provide better for my family, I moved to the city of Denpasar after my father died, where I first worked in restaurants and hotels. During that time I was able to learn English, which made it possible for me to work as a tour guide. Ever since, it has given me great joy to work as a tour guide and to bring Bali's culture closer to interested travellers. In December 2016 I passed all the tour guide examinations very successfully, as one of the best. This means I am officially licensed to accompany tourists and can identify myself as a tour guide.

During your holiday I am always happy to help you with things like hotel bookings, changing money or negotiating when you go shopping. If you have any health problems during your tour, please tell me straight away. I know my way around and will gladly help you quickly find a doctor, a clinic or the right hospital and organise everything that is needed. With my scooter I am always mobile and can be with you quickly.

Because of my Balinese mentality, it is always important to me to be reserved and helpful. So just talk to me!

Our experienced driver on the tours is my friend Gede. We have a modern minivan with comfortable seats and air conditioning.

The advantage of me not driving myself is that I can concentrate fully on your needs during the journey and tell you a great deal about the surroundings and what is going on.
