Day 3
Sea & adventure

Your third day of travel begins at 6 am so that you can watch dolphins in the wild. First, getting up early is rewarded with a beautiful sunrise. Boatman Jojo takes you out to the open sea in his small new motorboat for 20 minutes, where the engine is then switched off. In the bay of Lovina the sea is very rich in plankton, which feeds many schools of fish — which is why many pods of dolphins spend their nights here.
Five different species of dolphin live in the sea off Bali: spinner dolphin, spotted dolphin, bottlenose dolphin, common dolphin and dusky dolphin. See these friendly marine mammals in their natural environment. Straight after the dolphin tour, Jojo accompanies you snorkelling. We head to a beautiful coral reef to admire the biodiversity of the underwater world. Ask your hotel the evening before to pack your breakfast for you. After snorkelling we go to relax at the Holy Hot Springs in Banjar. The hot springs consist of four different swimming and spa pools. The water comes from a sulphur spring in the jungle and has a very high mineral content. You will enjoy its healing effect and soothing warmth.
Lovina is a lava-blackened beach that has grown together from several small villages. It is just right for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet away from mass tourism. Finally we take you to the idyllic Great Mountain Bali Hotel near Mount Agung volcano.
